7.Texas St                  9-4        SBC       HC Kinne will get a P5 job.

8.Miami (OH)           8-5        MAC      Conference Champ, better than record.

9.Air Force                9-3        MTN      Would be a tough Playoff foe.

10.Toledo                  9-4        MAC       Always in the mix in the  MAC

11.ULL                        9-3        SBC        Another rock solid program

12.WKU                      9-4         USA       Another decent team, weak conference.

13.JMU                       8-5         SBC      A bit of a down season, they will be back.

14.USF                        8-4         AAC       A program on the rise.

15.E Carolina          8-4         AAC       Another program on the move up.

16.UNLV                     7-5        MTN      A drop off this season, we'll see where they go.

17.W Michigan        7-5        MAC      Sleepper in their Conference.

18.Colorado St       7-5         MTN     Best team recently

19.Arkansas St       7-5         SBC      Consistently solid team.

20.San Diego St     7-5          MTN    HC Lewis begins to rebuild his rep.
